My Background
Hi, I'm Tammy.

Identities: cis, white, heterosexual, fat, partner, mother
I‘m a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Martha Beck certified life coach since July 2015. I move forward in this life with several chronic illnesses and deep empathy. I have great persistence, sometimes struggle with boundaries, and find joy in offering compassion and understanding.
The ocean revitalizes me. I like chocolate and cake, the color purple, and hummingbirds but not always at the same time.
I enjoy writing, cooking,and baking. I read a variety of books including murder mysteries, self-help, and cookbooks, with an occasional romance thrown in for fun.
My Approach
My job as a life coach is to provide a safe place for individuals to explore possibilities about changes in their life with confidence, courage, and curiosity. You have the expertise on you and I help you find and remove the barriers that are stopping you from moving forward and living your best life.
You will likely laugh and cry throughout the process and it will be challenging but well worth it. For now, sit back and relax and look around for some of my thoughts on life.
